Regrow Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 July 2026
Introduction
Regrow is a product operated by Authority On Demand, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how the Regrow application and getregrow.app website handle information.
Regrow is designed to be local-first. The current application does not require a Regrow account and does not provide Regrow-operated cloud synchronization.
Information stored on the device
Information users choose to add to Regrow may include:
- Surgery dates and recovery-stage information
- Hair-transplant technique and graft-count notes
- Recovery photographs
- Daily tasks, check-ins, milestones and notes
- Clinic names and contact details
- Clinic documents and aftercare information
- Medication reminders
- Appointment details
- Companion questions and history
- Private Community drafts and attachments
- Application preferences and notification settings
In the current release, this recovery information is stored on the user's device. Regrow does not operate a server that receives or synchronizes this information.
Camera, photographs and files
Regrow requests camera, photo-library or file access only when a user chooses a feature that requires it.
Photographs and files selected for Regrow are used to provide the requested Photo Diary, Community-draft or My Clinic functionality.
Regrow does not use recovery photographs for advertising, facial recognition, identity verification or automated medical assessment.
Local product activity
Regrow may maintain a small, bounded on-device record of basic product interactions, such as whether onboarding, photograph capture or another application flow was completed.
This information remains on the device. It does not include question text, photographs, clinic details, medication names or recovery dates.
It is removed through the application's Delete All function.
Companion
The current Companion feature uses a curated on-device educational content library.
Companion does not send questions to a remote generative AI service in the current release.
Companion does not analyze photographs, diagnose symptoms, prescribe treatment, determine medication dosage or predict individual outcomes.
Notifications
If notifications are enabled, Regrow uses Apple's device notification system to schedule reminders selected by the user.
Current reminders are scheduled locally. Notification permission is not used for advertising.
Face ID and App Lock
If App Lock is enabled, Regrow uses Apple's local authentication services.
Regrow does not receive or store Face ID information or the user's device passcode.
Purchases and billing
Regrow is a paid product.
The exact price, currency, purchase type, billing period and renewal conditions—when applicable—are displayed in the App Store and on the purchase screen before confirmation.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Authority On Demand, Inc. does not receive or store full payment-card or bank-account information.
Apple may provide limited purchase information necessary to confirm access and provide support. This may include:
- Product identifiers
- Transaction identifiers
- Purchase dates
- Entitlement status
- Subscription status
- Renewal status
- Refund status
Apple's handling of payment and Apple Account information is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and terms.
Website information
The getregrow.app website does not use behavioural advertising, marketing pixels or cross-site tracking.
The website hosting provider may automatically process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device type, request date and security logs to operate, deliver and protect the website.
When someone emails hello@getregrow.app, Authority On Demand, Inc. receives the sender's email address, message and any information or attachments they choose to include.
How information is used
Information actually received by Authority On Demand, Inc. may be used to:
- Respond to support requests
- Investigate reported bugs
- Resolve purchase or entitlement issues
- Address privacy or safety concerns
- Protect the website and product against misuse
- Comply with legal obligations
- Improve application reliability
Regrow does not use recovery photographs, clinic information or health-adjacent information for advertising.
Sharing and exporting
When a user chooses an export or sharing function, the user selects the receiving application, service or person.
Information exported from Regrow is then handled by the selected destination and its privacy practices.
Authority On Demand, Inc. cannot control information after the user exports, saves, emails, messages or otherwise shares it.
Selling, advertising and tracking
Authority On Demand, Inc. does not sell personal information collected through Regrow.
Regrow does not use health-adjacent information or recovery photographs for targeted advertising.
The current release does not contain third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Retention and deletion
Information stored inside Regrow remains on the device until the user deletes it, removes the application or the operating system removes the application data.
Users can delete Regrow-managed information by opening:
Profile → Privacy, app lock & export → Danger zone → Delete all data from this device.
This removes Regrow's active records and app-managed files from that installation.
Regrow has no server copy of local recovery information to retrieve, delete or restore.
Files previously exported or shared must be deleted separately from their destination.
Device backups are controlled by the device owner and operating-system provider. An earlier device backup may retain application information according to the owner's backup settings.
Support emails and purchase-support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain security, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.
Users may request deletion of eligible support correspondence by emailing hello@getregrow.app.
Security
Regrow uses protections provided by iOS and offers an optional local App Lock.
No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
Regrow is intended for adults aged 18 and older.
Regrow is not directed to children, and the current application does not provide an account system for children or adults.
Future features
If a future version introduces accounts, cloud synchronization, remote AI, remote analytics, live Community publishing, clinic access or additional payment services, this Privacy Policy and the application's privacy disclosures will be updated before those features are released.
Privacy rights
Depending on the user's country or region, the user may have privacy rights relating to information Authority On Demand, Inc. actually holds, such as support correspondence or purchase-support information.
Because current recovery information remains on the device, Authority On Demand, Inc. generally cannot access, retrieve or remotely delete it.
Privacy requests may be sent to hello@getregrow.app.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the product, business or legal requirements change.
The latest version will display a revised "Last updated" date.
