Regrow Terms of Use

Acceptance

These Terms of Use apply to the Regrow application and the getregrow.app website.

By downloading, purchasing or using Regrow, the user agrees to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms and End-User License Agreement.

If the user does not agree, the user should not purchase or use Regrow.

Who operates Regrow

Regrow is a product operated by Authority On Demand, Inc.

In these terms, "Regrow," "we," "us" and "our" refer to Authority On Demand, Inc. and the Regrow product.

Eligibility

Regrow is intended for adults aged 18 and older.

By purchasing or using Regrow, the user confirms that they meet this requirement.

What Regrow provides

Regrow provides general education, organizational tools and personal self-tracking features for the hair-transplant journey.

Features may include:

• Recovery timelines
• Recovery photograph documentation
• Reminders
• Notes and milestones
• Clinic-document storage
• Medication-schedule recording
• Appointment recording
• A curated educational content library
• Private Community drafts

Payments

Regrow is a paid product.

The applicable price, currency, purchase type, subscription duration and renewal conditions are displayed before purchase through the App Store or the application's purchase screen.

Purchases are processed by Apple using the user's Apple Account.

Authority On Demand, Inc. does not independently receive or process full payment-card information.

Auto-renewing subscriptions

If the user selects an auto-renewing subscription:

• The price and billing period are displayed before purchase
• Payment is charged to the user's Apple Account upon confirmation
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
• Renewal is charged at the price displayed by Apple for the applicable subscription
• The user can manage or cancel the subscription through Apple Account subscription settings
• Deleting Regrow does not automatically cancel an active subscription
• Any introductory offer or trial applies only when explicitly displayed before purchase

One-time purchases

If Regrow offers a one-time purchase, the price and included access are displayed before confirmation.

A one-time purchase does not automatically include separately priced future products or services unless expressly stated before purchase.

Restore Purchase

Where supported, users can use Restore Purchase inside Regrow to restore eligible purchases associated with their Apple Account.

Refunds

Apple processes App Store payments and refund requests.

Refund eligibility is determined under Apple's policies and applicable law.

Users seeking a refund should use Apple's official purchase-support process.

Not medical advice

Regrow is not:

• A medical provider
• A doctor, surgeon or clinic
• A medical device
• A diagnostic service
• A treatment provider
• A prescription service
• A medication-dosage service
• An emergency service

Regrow does not:

• Diagnose a medical condition
• Determine whether an individual recovery is normal
• Prescribe treatment or medication
• Determine medication dosage
• Assess graft survival
• Analyze photographs medically
• Predict individual results

Information in Regrow is general and may not apply to an individual procedure.

Instructions provided by the user's surgeon or clinic always take priority over general Regrow information.

Before making medical or recovery decisions, users should consult their surgeon, clinic or another qualified healthcare professional.

Emergencies

Regrow must not be used during an emergency.

For a possible emergency, users should contact local emergency services.

For post-operative concerns, users should contact their surgeon or clinic promptly.

Local storage

The current release does not require a Regrow account or provide Regrow-operated cloud synchronization.

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their device and for exports or backups they choose to create.

User content

Users retain ownership of photographs, notes, documents and other material they add to Regrow.

Users confirm that they have permission to store, use and share any material they add.

Users must not add material that violates another person's privacy, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights.

Community

The current Community experience is not a live social network.

It contains clearly labelled fictional or composite examples and a private on-device draft.

Nothing is publicly posted or sent to another user in the current release.

Acceptable use

Users must not:

• Use Regrow to diagnose or treat another person
• Present Regrow information as professional medical advice
• Use the product unlawfully
• Attempt to bypass application security
• Interfere with operation of the application or website
• Store or share content they do not have permission to use
• Redistribute Regrow's original content commercially without permission
• Misrepresent themselves as Regrow, a clinic or a medical professional

Intellectual property

Regrow's software, branding, interface, illustrations and original educational presentation are owned by or licensed to Authority On Demand, Inc.

Purchase provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use Regrow according to these terms and Apple's applicable End-User License Agreement.

No guarantee of results

Hair-transplant recovery and results vary between individuals.

Regrow does not guarantee:

• Hair growth
• Hair density
• Graft survival
• Appearance
• Recovery time
• The absence of complications
• Any individual result

Third-party services

Some actions may open services operated by Apple or another application, including:

• App Store payments
• Subscription management
• Email
• Sharing
• File storage
• Photograph storage

Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and changes

Regrow may update, change, suspend or discontinue features.

Authority On Demand, Inc. does not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Educational content may be updated when sources, safety considerations or product requirements change.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Regrow is provided "as is" and "as available."

Authority On Demand, Inc. does not make warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or guaranteed medical or cosmetic outcomes.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Authority On Demand, Inc. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use Regrow.

Regrow is not responsible for medical decisions made without consulting a qualified healthcare professional.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

Users may stop using Regrow at any time.

Deleting the application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Subscriptions must be cancelled through the user's Apple Account subscription settings.

Local application information may be deleted using Regrow's Delete All function.

Governing rights

These terms are governed by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights available in the user's country or region.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the product, payment model or legal requirements change.

The latest version will display a revised "Last updated" date.
